★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating & review of this place is solely based upon my professional experience at Just Wines. This is because while I worked for Just Wines, like all its employees, Vamani Overseas was my employer. Hence, my review would, hopefully, help the prospective employees of Just Wines. I don't claim to speak for the products and/or the services that this company provides to its customers.
In order to provide a balanced review, I'm dividing it into pros and cons.
Pros
1. Unless you have been explicitly told to work Saturdays/Sundays, Just Wines is a 5-day working company.
2. The office is easily accessible, esp. if you use the Delhi Metro. It's right opposite the NHPC Chowk Metro Station.
3. Compared to a lot of other workplaces in Delhi-NCR, esp. Faridabad, the office is spacious with good infrastructure.
Cons
1. No matter how many years of blood, sweat, and tears you give to their business, you will not have any job security.
2. 4—just 4—employees are deemed positive in the company. Anyone apart from these friends of the top management can be labelled negative at any point of them, depending upon the company's intent.
3. In an era wherein companies focus on inclusivity and diversity, employees are not even allowed to eat eggs, let alone meat, on-premises! Talk about forced religious views.
