You are going to loose most valuable customers keep that in mind. The sales person called Anand/Ashok misbehaved with us. The incident goes as below,
We purchased cloths worth 25k. Among which there was one black pant for alteration, we had ordered one light blue jeans as size was not available. So, as per agreement both the black and the light blue colour jeans needed to be altered. While picking up the altered clothes we mentioned 2 jeans are there for alteration and handed over the alteration slip. Anand came back with a very rude and provoking voice saying how could we say 2 jeans when on the alteration slip it mentioned 1 jeans. He was very impolite, ill-mannered.
There was no mistake from our side he had not got us the ordered light blue jeans and started to yell at us.
What we were most upset is not even one sales person around Anand made a attempt to apologize for his behavior.
Whatever the reason might be such uncivil behaviors from a sales person to a customer was not expected. Especially from a renowned brand Van Heusen in the most happening place of Bangalore Commercial Street.
We are requesting the higher management of Van Heusen to take servere actions at the sales person Anand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, well maintained and located at one of most sought after shopping street in Bangalore. Not very big though, you will be happy with the overall collection. Friendly and helpful staff. For me Van Heusen has been my favourite brand especially for formal wear because they fit me the best. This time I was not very happy because I did not get the size I was looking for (black custom fit shirt) and they could not check and tell which other store in Bangalore would have that particular size and colour (reason system was not working, sounds a little lame but can't do much as this is one common excuse ? everyone uses) anyways overall good place for buying something from Van Heusen brand.
