★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very old customer of VAN HEUSEN . But this time they have Disppointed me. On 1st Jan I purchased one trouser from MG Road showroom, and we have given it for alteration . They promised that they would call me as soon as they finish it.But they Didn’t. I wait for 4 days and went back to them asked that lady store manager why they did not call me after done work on trouser?
She Answer me we do not call to customer bcz customers r always busy. This is unprofessional answer like a roadside vendor. ,and she (store manager lady)was arrogant with me and said I am not responsible for this issue , Service is very very very poor so that I do not suggest this store to anybody’s else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff isn't polite at all, there was a male and a female executive, the executive was bald, I don't remember his name. Firstly they din have variety in trousers, neither they had any belts available. I was asking the male executive for the details and he was busy looking at the female executives client, meanwhile the female executive was attending her own client and us as well. Kudos to her. Eventually as we din get what we were actually looking for. The male executive dint even greet us before leaving..that was way bad as in onli if we could have bought something they would have provided the service hence no. So please take care of your clients when they visit your store and you cannot force anybody to buy stuff plus more importantly there should be stuff available to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located right on MG Road, this store has a great collection. Went in for an exchange in size and it was a breeze thanks to the great executives at the store. The customer service was wonderful and I'd definitely recommend this store.
