Anything you need is available within 5 mins walk that too with multiple options - Shops (groceries, fruits, vegetables, clothes etc), hospitals (Nano Hospital, Jain Eye centre and many dental clinics) schools (mainly nursery and primary), restaurants, booze etc. Meenakshi mall is just couple of kms away. For the religious people, there are lots of temples around within 2km radius - Sai Baba temple is right next door. There are also 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler service centres nearby. There are saloons and beauty parlours nearby too. The apartment has no water problems, has power backup, 24X7 security and parking space. Only problem I foresee is that the roads may be come congested only the Hiranandani and DFL apartments and other multiple apartments nearby get to good occupancy.
