★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me for not doing correct job. My G-shock hands were not aligned and I want to get it adjusted but they told me they have to open the watch and adjust manually. When I got watch hands are not aligned properly and time also set wrong. I did it my self later but he doesn't have knowledge about G-shock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happen to ask for an original nokia 8.1 display renewal , in return what i received was a duplicate display card,which they charged me for rupees 2400 (which did not last even for a day )and pathetic servicing by their employer, the screen came off within 1 day of their repair. I went the next day and reiterated the whole scene of display showing black marks and improper fitting of the new display screen, the owner and the employer blamed me for the ill condition of the phone and said the display card has no gaurentee, i recalled him when purchasing the card , false promises were made that the display card will show no problems with their trust. i happened to ask for the bill which they denied me saying no bill can be issued on this product . The owner and the employer had no curtosy on how to deal with the customers, they not only blamed me for the misfitting of the card *which eventually lead to the failure of the display) within a day of fitting, with no refund on the card but they also had an abusive and disrespectful tone while dealing with the situation putting the entire onus of the mishap on the customer itself rather than resolving the issue..

Uncooperative staff.
I went for screenguard .. a job done terribly wrong.
No wonder other mobiles shop are doing so well in the same area and this one is barely managing to survive.
