They didn't have any professional person in company. And when u trying to cancel your property they didn't give you money back. Fraud company. I will apply for cancel on dec 2021 but they didn't give me my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention. - be aware of scam from Vineet Infra - booking amount NOT refundable, company is falsely claiming that they are selling government plots Hereby I would like share my experience with Vineet infra, I am NRI and my relative booked a plot through Vineet infra we got to know that they try to sell properties by falsely claiming that they come under govt. schemes, they are selling private plots not plots under any govt. scheme, after getting true information about plots my relatives cancelled registration and asked for refund ( in advertisement it is clearly stated that booking amount refundable ), we were assured that we will get refund with in 1 week , but it’s almost 2 months and after so many calls and massages they never returned our booking amount, please DO NOT invest your hard earned money in property dealers like Vineet infra, next week I am also forwarding complaint to Mohali police and NRI association.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company…it is a big scam…they dont give your money back so dont give them any booking amount your money will be stucked. the companu will never return your money. so be aware people please be safe. dont waste your money and your time with this types of companies like vaneet infra. the agents of this company not picking up my phone calls and not replying my messages. now i am complaining in police station agaist this fraud company because its been approx two months i am still calling. but they are not giving any response. So be aware people.

With the help of vaneet infra team, we were able to buy property at regallia towers.
They help us throughly from loan process to till fard or lien process.
I would love to mention Jasdeep sir, sandeep sir name here for helping me the most in each process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. People don’t waste your money and your precious time with this company. I had a very bad experience. They don’t provide what they claims. On the name of affordable this company fraud on you. People will only waste their money if they invest in this company. The staff have not etiquettes how to communicate with their clients. I will suggest that don’t invest in anything with this company. Because they will only get your money and then will not pick your calls and will never reply your messages. So be aware people. My money is stucked. And they are not giving my refund.
It is a big scam. Fraud company.
Poor management.
