Archana (owner) is so humble nd friendly nd her staffs r also cooperative and professional..that i bet u will sure visit her salon again nd again. Use authentic products. Must go place for every lady. It caters all your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) can't take criticism and poor customer handling. They will gaslight you and manipulate into buying a more expensive service because they get less money through regular waxing and will talk about how me, their regular customer causes a loss for them.
2) This is the 3rd time that I've been hurt by waxing and it has affected me so bad that I had to visit a doctor even after applying soothing creams.
3) The owner/manager tries to blame you for their mistake at all costs and doesn't consider listening to what the affected customer is trying to tell them.
P.S- This review is written by their regular customer but such is not the case anymore.

Staff was very kind and helpful, also they were quite interactive and gave many suggestions and guided me very well!!
I would like to thanks Rati for giving me a fantastic new look! I am very happy with my new hair cut!

Most importantly, each station was clean & tidy! The tools were clean as well!! I had a facial, wax and I loved it! Left with glowing skin and a pleasant experience! Highly recommend!

Archana the owner who always suggests apt treatments for skin & hair that worked out really awesome.
Suggestions for maintaining skin and hair at home are very helpful .She is very very helpful and gives her best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Vanity salon from Bhandup for my fiance's makeup. Vanity being close to her house in Virar I was keen on choosing someone nearby. Vanity looked decent on their website and Instagram but I was tensed as it was my choice. But now, I can proudly say they are no different in reality as they give the best services in extremely reasonable prices. I'm happy it was my choice and they made my partner look simply beautiful !! I had no words to describe how good they made her look ! Just the subtle and simple make-up, nothing more nothing less just perfect ! My Engagement pictures are just about how beautiful she looks but no worries I'm happy about it ?? We are both excited for her wedding look, me more so that I can fall for her again ?? thank you Archana ma'am ! Hope to see you soon !!
