We took pedicure,manicure and facial.
Diamond facial earlier experience was good, but this time a awkard environment was there between the executive assigned to me and receptionist. It affected the overall facial service and my experience of facial was not that good.
But best was pedicure.
the lady who did pedicure for me was so warm in nature and professional in her work. Best part was they offered leg massage for some 12min in pedicure session.
Whenever you take facial and wax service. They will start facial first and after putting some pack, they will ask you to go to the next room for waxing while male employee will be attending other customers in midway hall. Kind of unprofessional and not all comfortable.
Will opt for urban clap next time. Though Thank u Lalita for your service of pedicure.
