★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To visit any court anywhere in India is a traumatic and disturbing affair. But the courts of Uttar Pradesh take this traumatization to the next level. To talk about the condition of the courts as prevailing in Uttar Pradesh is like adding insult to injury. The courts of this place have no sitting arrangements either for the lawyers or for the litigants. The lawyers make their submissions while standing on a raised cemented platform and if one is not too careful, then a fatal fall is inevitable.The distance between the lawyers and the judges and the magistrates is too close for comfort. I am really surprised that most of the lawyers, judges and magistrates of this court do not even have a workable knowledge of English. Undoubtedly knowing and using one's mother tongue is good but please for God's sake do not neglect the English language in the process. After all the language of the court is English. But sadly in this court the English language has become the biggest casualty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Old Premises of Court is so dirty and carelessness in Cleanliness and regard te cases has been pending here for so many times like other distric courts in U.P. But There is hope in near future, New Premises is on progress and also Vacancy of Judges has filled so the settlement of cases may be more fast in near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded place. The most important thing that always needed is Parking area for bike as well as car in absence of this traffic jam occurs on nearly roads. This court is very so a mapping of this place should be done for new visitors. Cleanness is also bad fact about this place and security is also not maintained by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give 4 stars for this place civil court of varanasi but management of the court area was not well. Nobody was caring about discipline and order of law. There was no cleanness in the Advocates chamber. At the entrance of the court security was good and security personals were doing their duty very well.
