Their attitude and behaviour towards customers is like we are beggers...They don’t even greet nor interact rather when I tried to he was so much discouraging asked me if I can spend that much...The staff behaviour is worst...They shud learn one thing that if they continue wid their this attitude very soon they woulf be left with no customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veryyyy Poor Service! Lied about shipping cost to Canada. Tried to charge us 15,000 rupees extra for shipping when actual shipping was only 10,000 rupees and weight was 30kg opposed to 40kg. Stay away from this company at all costs, go to any other company but them. Ignored continues msgs and phone calls. Lied about lead times for getting the cards! Overall very bad experience and would never recommend them in a 100 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, very reliable, extremely high quality invitation cards. Gopal was so easy to work with and discuss different ideas for text, addition of images and gold foiling etc, and our guests were blown away by the beautiful invitation cards.

The quality of cards was fantastic. All family and friends loved my wedding card. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I had also needed to reorder my custom creation after receiving the first order and the team allotted me the flexibility as well as the understanding, executing in a timely fashion. Truly appreciate the efforts and dedication from Varda!
