β β β β β Horrible experience. These people are cheaters. I bought one kurta pajama and when reached at home we noticed that the threads in the kurta were damaged near shoulder , we didn't notice that because we were in hurry that day. When i contacted the shop to exchange the kurta, they bluntly refused to do so saying we don't exchange traditional stuff irrespective of anything. We are feeling like cheated as its so new and never used , its packed along with the tag etc but still they are not ready to even exchange. These kind of shops should be boycotted by public then only these people will serve the customer. Arrogant people.

β β β β β I bought a pathani suit, firstly I was advised to take a wrong size by saying that this will fit the person , as the size that I needed was not available. Secondly when we went again to again th size they said that they will call for the required size from the godown and asked us to come after two hours , when we reached the shop early we were told that the new piece is getting altered .Though we had precisely instructed no alterations only change of size . And when we got upset coz of the unfinished alteration work and asked them to return our original piece of larger size they said it's not available now . Meaning that they altered our piece and were giving to us saying they have called fort the smaller size fresh piece. I don't know what was the need to lie ? When we had already purchased the product and we're ready for alteration of the size was not available ,then why cheat ? I have been trying to get in touch with the store manager or the owner but the only answer I get on the call is they are not available .
