The park has a rose garden that line along the pathways. Locals visit the park in the early mornings to jog or to simply enjoy the view of the serene lake.
A picnic here in the evenings is quiet common while boating at the lake is a popular activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The garden is also names as sunset park... Main thing is that it is near the main road & from here you will have a large view of upper lake... Good for picnic with friends. I don't prefer family because of couple.. They does irresponsible thing or behavior. Good for photography.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to come here in our childhood and it's still very well maintained, however morning hours are preferable to avoid chaos later in the evening.
Best thing is you can walk down to the lake view point near Ranjit hotel as there is a walkway which is covered by plantation and scenic lake on the right side. Morning breeze and light rain adds to the beauty of this place.
