★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! NOT RELIABLE!! THEY TAKE SAMPLES... DO NOT DELIVER SAMPLES TO LABS ON TIME... DO NOT HANDLE SAMPLES PROPERLY.. DO NOT SHARE THE TESTS TO BE DONE WITH LABS... THIS CAUSES ERRORS IN REPORTS, DELAYS IN REPORTS AND MISSES IN REPORTS!! AND THEY TAKE NO OWNERSHIP TO PROVIDE YOU THE REPORT AND ASK YOU TO FOLLOW UP WITH LABS DIRECTLY!! UTTERLY IRRESPONSIBLE, UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES!! BEWARE OF THEM!!!
