★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chembur is the heart of the city and there's no doubt about that considering the connectivity. Even the Chunabhatti bridge now which connects to BKC directly takes the drive down to 15 mins from a staggering 45 mins. The property's location will be beneficial as it'd help in spending more time with your loved ones rather than the traffic and commute while returning from office. They have a ton of amenities and there are a lot of real estate developers currently in that area, but then this one seems the best in terms of price, configuration and also the unit sizes in particular. I was amazed by the 320 Sq Ft for a 1BHK, which is sufficiently enough!
