I urgently needed medicines as my family member had fallen terribly ill and I called them to deliver the medicines, first checking if they can send them on an urgent basis. The salesman assured me that the medicines will reach in an hour. I kept checking with him in between to see if they had been sent. After two hours, when the meds had still not reached, I called him again and he said, "delivery boy nahin aaya, toh main kya karu!" Obviously I was livid, cause this entire time he was saying that it's reaching and now he said something completely different. He kept hanging up on me thereafter and blatantly said that these things happen and he can't be blamed for it. He wasn't sorry that my family member who was ill and waiting for the meds all this time would now have to wait for another hour or two for a different chemist to send them. He took no responsibility for the shoddy way in which his shop and staff operates. Shocking to see such a callous attitude. Obviously will never order from here gain and would not recommend to anyone.
