Not happy with the services provided by Hospital staff.

Staff are so lenient, money oriented hospital. For normal delivery they charge 75K and verry poor service, bad environment, staffs are not Coprative. Think before consult them.

Wish I could rate them less than 1 star, total govt hospital like environment. You have to wait for several hours despite appointment. The dr will never talk of exercise or diet only focus is to do tests, sell medicines and extract money from patients.

Amazing hospital for IVF. 5+ rating from my side. Best experience over there. Very positive response from all the nursing staff as well as Dr. Ritu Jain. Strongly recommended for IVF.

Real Review of worst doctor : I went to doctor for my 6 year old child having some fever, Doctor suggested test for Dengue & when report comes negative , Doctor suggested same test again not prescribed any medicine based on Report. . Doctor & staff only need money from patient doesn't care about child health. I strongly suggest not to visit this Doctor, until unless you have huge money to waste.

If your wife expecting normal delivery even then they will do via c section. You can ask to any patient.(there is an anethesia injectiom given in back which pains for ladiesand u will regret and also the care for 1-2 months is exhausted and risky) Things you can learn: 1) even if u reach on time as per booking your que starts how nurse/helper is collecting tokens(u have to wait in almost very situation, 2) if u find mrs kanika alone u will find out she is rude in no time. Mrs and Mr jain are soft spoken as compared but maybe bcz they the owners. 3) if u never ask they will never tell u anything never never never!!! They will tell u only at peak time 4) ask them if there are chances for normal delivery, then they will say why are you thinking about that and taking tensions. 5)they will say normal+csection charges are same(I have the bills no way they can charge several rows e.g., OT charges appx. 8k) 6) Go to ground floor ask any relative almost all are operated(cut). Atleast in my case it was for all 7)after delivery there is a continuation shift from wife to husband which is somehow good as u find both doctors at the ame place but(asking for coming in 2-3 days and getting 600 for Mr.And 700/800 for mrs. In every 2-3 days is literally bad for new parents savings) I am the one with my wife who suffered this. And one advise don't panic if they say to admit suddenly on BP andAS raring. Take some time and consult with other doctor also. Young parents falls into trap bcz they fear where we will go at the last stage and fear of regret if they take risk.

I would like to thank Ritu ma’am from the bottom of my heart . She has taken the crucial decision at the right time which is important for me and my baby . Charges are also very economical. She will give u the best guidance and medical facilities . The staff is also very cooperative

Dr. Ritu Jain was very polite, understanding, and very helpful doctor for us, but from last few visits, her behaviour has changed. 1. We only beleive in Dr. Ritu Jain but every time we visit, we are forced to discuss with Dr. Kanika which we don't want and we ensist for Dr. Ritu Jain, even Ritu maam also doesn't like it. Now she gives maximum 30 seconds to us, do not tell us anything about the baby or its health and conditions, in these 30 seconds she has only 2 things to say, 1. Next visit date 2. And medicines will be same. Again same thing happens on next visit date. I am not sure why her behaviour has changed suddenly. Is it because of Dr. Kanika? We expect same treatment which she used to provide earlier. Changes which will improve - 1. Don't force anyone to consult doctor Kanika, people go there and pay for Ritu Jain. 2. Doctor Mahaveer Jain needs to stop being greedy and please don't call patients unnecessarily for making money. If someone is already admitted and paid 50000 for maternity in which paedtrician charges of 4000 ( which is very high) is also included. Why do you charge extra consultation charges except vaccination charges. I understand vaccination charges but why consultation, during admission period, when already 50000 has been paid, why 600 for paediatric consultation + vaccination charges 1000, it should be only 1000 for vaccination, ( that is also very hight) anyways. These thing shows that you are looting patients. I am repeating, during addmission where you have charged 50000 in which 4000 is included of paediatric doctor, in same duration, you charge extra 600 for paediatric consultation. People don't say anything at that point of time as they think that speaking about that will impact the treatment and when someone has already spent 2 to 3 lac to you for treatment, they don't want to argue for 600 but it definitely impacts perception. 3. All staff are very good and polite however there is a sister who usually comes in night shift, don't know her name, very thin and long in height. She is very rude with patients, very very rude unnecessarily, when she realised that patients will make complaint against her, she try to manage and do acting. Not asha, not Sangeeta, not vincy, you find out her name, I don't know. Whatever I am highlighting is not only my problem, it's of many patients and is impacting your good treatment and popularity. 4. My baby was admitted and got discharged on Saturday, we were called to revisit on Monday, on Monday doctor charged again consultation, I asked sister Rekha that do i need to pay consultation charges everyday, she started smiling, went to doctor and came back in a few seconds and said don't pay consultation as consultation charges are valid for 3 days. Then why did you give me the chance of saying this. If would not have asked it, they would have taken it again on the very next day. Previous day I had paid 12000 in which 3200 was doctor charges, and on the very next day of discharge, again consultation, doctor don't even look at the baby and only see the papers. Inform next visit date and done. Don't tell anything, if you ask anything, he gets irate, if you don't understand anything and ask him to repeat, then he behaves very rudely.
