★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my vespa for service and they promised me to return it by next week now it's been more than one month (today:24-11-2020) I haven't recieved any call from store I already called them 2-3 times and they're continuously dodging by saying we're receiving necessary parts by tomorrow and your vehicle will be ready by tomorrow and I really dont know how Vespa defines 'tomorrow' absolutely zero update, very careless staff they have, ridiculous service and I rate you people zero in terms of customer handling. Zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given my Vespa here several times in servicing, I paid as a labor charge of Rs. 413 as well as other parts and additional charges. They never cleaned my scooter by saying that the water has run out or that the workers have not come. Apart from this, there is neither a waiting lounge for the customer nor any other facility. The mechanic here believes in putting new parts more than improvements or repairing.

You should not buy a vespa because there is only one showroom in Raipur and they completely misuse this power.
They don’t even check if your self start is even working or not.
We really need another service centre
and another vespa showroom in Raipur.

Service station staffers are well-behaved and helpful.
Good location but cramps service station. No rest zone for customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A person named kunal claims himself to be owner and is so rude that he doesnt deserve to be talked as a mechanic also. I think his parents only gave him finance to open a centre which he is doing without any business ethics. Never recommend anyone to buy from such showroom run by such ridiculous personality .
