★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I giving 2 star for staff only, 5 Star for Doctor. Waiting period is more than a hour, as shown in practo. There is no meaning of appointment. You just book and go anytime and ask @ counter for booking, you will meet to doctor asap. I think this has to stop the appointment system very pathetic. Defenitley I'll the another clinic of this dotor, never here (No. G-3, Plot, Shop, No. 159, Niti Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 2.5 stars because I had 2 issues and one was resolved which was for sebo psoriasis/dermatitis.
But I started having small acne on my face which I showed and was prescribed some medicines and topical applications which did not work at all. My friend also visited the clinic for the pimples and was prescribed the same medicine which did not work either . My skin condition worsened and for someone who hasn't even got a single pimple it was depressing so I showed again and was suggested to go for a chemical peel which was done the same day . I had some doubts which weren't cleared and was taken casually by the lady assistant and was asked to follow what doctor recommended. Doctor was hurrying up. I whatsapped 3 days after that but did not get any reply .It has been time since that day and I have no improvement on my skin. So I showed to another skin specialist with great experience and they clearly told it is a skin allergy which has detoriated due to improper attention given earlier and it was not an issue of clogged pores which was determined earlier. Dr bharti Verma is very polite but I think she prescribes the same medicine to patients with the acne issue as same medicine was prescribed to 2-3 people. Also i felt that chemical processes were emphasized more and the actual problem was not considered.

Dr. Verma is knowledgable as well as patient with doubts and concerns. The technician Seema is also very polite and professional. I strongly recommend Varenya!
