★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is a trained yaga coach I joined her on yoga day. Her style and excellent way of teaching have won an abiding place. I am regularly doing certain Aasana and Pranayama which she guided me and I am feeling so lighter and healthy and due this yoga I visited on bike Khardungla pass and Changla pass (i.e more than 18000 ft high). I am 65 years of age and undergone heart surgery in 2012 too.Really, Yoga has completely changed my lifestyle.

Being a working women I easily manage my time because these classes are in morning and evening also.Its very beneficial as it gives flexibility and relex to body .In classes different yogic exercises ,pranayam , different asans make my body perfectly fit.I enjoyed my classes and

The coach of this classes Mrs. Varsha she is trained coach and their way of explaining is very nice . I am happy to be a part of it again.
