★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As place for conducting social /cultural programs the place is good because of its excellent location. Rates are quite reasonable..
What is most important and very significant is that the place is owned by Dr P V Vartak. Dr Vartak bought this place to conduct Meditation Sessions (Dhyaan Sabha) every Sunday at 9 am and have discussions about Science in our Ancient Scriptures on Saturday at 5 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place surely is a bit congested when it comes to comparing with few other huge karyalayas but once this was considered one of the best and well known around Pune. Hence this place has a much more higher historic and emotional value attached to it which makes it valuable. Cant really rate it less than a 4. People should really once visit this place before taking any important decisions about this place though.
