providing very bad service to us. driver also have very attitude person.
Rash driving, At time of return journey driver refuse to start the bus without Pay balance and ask for extra money, I called to so called owner of vartak travels they using bad language with me and ask cash other than we decided as our conversation at booking office . driver was not move bus till we pay money. That time i have no option i was pay additional amount.
I suggest to all of you
please do not trust them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had an option of giving a -1 star. This is one of the worst travel agencies in Mumbai. The behavior of the owner is extremely bad. All the vehicles they have are in the worst possible condition. Their staff is utterly incompetent and have no clue how to even open the spare tire cabinet of their own vehicles. We had booked a bus for Igatpuri and the bus broke down twice. The staff had no idea how to do anything so we had to get our own mechanics. On top of that the owner did not have minimal courtesy to refund money. Unless you want to be harassed I would say cancel your trip but don't book Vartak travels.
