For 2nd time i booked with sms on 7th May, 2016 and booking reference no. Is 680115508. Today on 13th May it is 7th day but still i am waiting for the delivery. There are 3 landline no for varun gas agency but no one pick the call.
My consumer id is 43269000
Very poor service to my location paryawaran complex, thinking to change the agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked cylinder on 14th of Feb 21 at afternoon and paid the charges online
But when I got my cylinder next day you asked for the differential amount because the charges were increased at midnight
I don’t know why should I pay the amount when I bought it day before the price increased
When I called to your support, a girl was talking like undereducated, none professional person sitting at wrong seat, when I asked for the explanation she simply said - Sir everyone is paying so you have to pay
So funny.... very disappointed with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ since i have started to receive bhsrat gas from Varun gas agency, my experience is very bad.
cylinder never completed one month
many a times cylinder cap seal found broken
empty cylinder found more weights than the recommendation by bharat gas
earlier gas was coming from some other agency and my cylinder was working for one and half months but it is not likyit was earlier.
one thing is good, i get my booked cylinder at very next day after the booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varun gass service is very bad service I received gass cylinder which weight is 25 kg.
I called the person who delivered at home. He is making me promise to come but not coming then I went to Varun gass service center. Then they gave another number whose name is Rajendra. He was also saying to come but now he is not picking the call. Its more than 15 days. Who is responsible for it.
