★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be very honest, when I visited the store, I instantly fell in love with collection of there lehengas.
I ordered my haldi outfit from Vasansi. However I was little sceptical because of the reviews of the store.
My order was suppose to get ready by dec 20th and was supposed to get shipped to me.
I tried contacting them, but the customer care isn’t much responsive. However today on 25th I got my lehenga.
It’s perfect! Beautiful like dream! I’m so happy. Posting this review so that those who are dicey whether they should make purchase from them or not. Go ahead! They have great quality outfits! Thank you so much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience after placing an order with Vasansi. This so called high end brand cannot have a proper customer service system even. They are not even bothered with the delivery of products in a timely manner, only interested in receiving the money. Not even a single customer service person is able to tell me about my order and when it will reach the destination. These people just shift the call from one person, or one store to another. Irresponsible staff and pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a large order through Vasansi in 2022. We had a terrible experience with this company and we want to warn potential customers (particularly if you are from overseas) to not go with Vasansi.
Firstly, their customer service is literally non-existent. Vasansi will not bother contacting you or provide you with any updates on your order. They will never reply to you on Whatsapp. They will never reply to your E-mails. If you call them, they will never pick up the phone. Once you have made the payment, you may as well be dead to them.
Secondly, we waited 5 months for our order to be delivered to Australia! Thats 5 months without any contact or update from the company. Furthermore, they did not have the courtesy to mark down the price on the courier service, and we were struck with a giant customs duty/tax on final delivery of the order. We have never had this issue with any other brand from India.
If you are considering buying from Vasansi and you live overseas, please look somewhere else. There are plenty of other fashion stores that have proper customer service and better products.
Disappointed. Will never purchase from Vasansi again. Neither should you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased several dresses online from Vasansi to be delivered outside of Indian and I would never go through that ordeal again.
This is my first Google review and I was compelled to write this as I am grossly disappointed with the service Vasansi has provided us. It is their lack of communication that has been particularly frustrating. Once we had placed our order and transferred the money, they did not respond to our queries at all (whereas prior to giving the money they have been quick to respond).
When the shipment did finally arrive, the lenghas were poorly fitted, despite us having given our measurements. Specifically, there was no string to tighten the skirt (which is an essential for any lengha).
Furthermore, one of the salwar's was missing the trouser (the salwar is advertised as a complete set on their website).
It is not worth the exuberant prices.
I would not be buying from Vasansi again. If you are considering buying online from Vasansi, I would advise that it is not worth it and you could better spend your money elsewhere. I have had much better experiences buying Indian clothes online from other brands - the service has been reliable and the products have been as promised.

Even after placing an order more than a month in advance, customers have to run from pillar to post to get it delivered. Their customer care is the worst in the world, no exaggeration. All they do is send automated replies over and over and over again without ever caring to read customer’s queries. Nobody picks up the call on the other number. This is the second time it’s happening. Never going to order from them ever again. There are better brands doing a much better work.

It turned out to be better than I expected. The fit and finishing of the product was amazing. I didn't have to get a single alteration done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible service! Firstly it’s all about money with this company. Once they’ve taken all your money they do not care about you. They don’t respond to your texts and when they do they are so rude! They don’t pick up your calls and their customer service is non-existent! When they do complete your order they don’t even have the decency to print a proper receipt. My order is currently stuck at customs who are refusing to release my package as Vasansi were incompetent to provide a readable receipt. When contacting Vasansi for a new receipt so I can get my order in time for my wedding they don’t have the decency to pick my calls or respond to my texts or emails! Horrendous service and I will never be buying from them ever again!
Oh and to add onto everything they replied to my review here but don't have the decency to reply to my texts, emails or pick up my calls.
