★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated on the main road which joins to NH-24, Vasant Apartments offer prime location for residential purposes. It has all basic amenities nearby. Metro station has also come up right at the society's doorstop which has made commuting to Delhi, NCR quite easy. It is a small society with good security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartments, parking space is sufficient, well maintained parks for kids n aged people. The space inside of flats n colony is more than enough. The society is small, beautiful and calm. Connectivity is also good. Nearest metro is city centre and from there u can take sharing autos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent as you might get in trouble even though you've nothing to do with it and also most of them are self centred creeps who might try to prove you guilty in front of law but it's my luck that I was also working for international media which supported me and forced officers to fact check which later turned out to be completely an attempt to damage my social image in against blackmail for money.

Althought, the park is well maintained but the swings can be improved/ replaced.

2.Two High Rise societies near by it prohibiting sun light.
3.A big drainage of sever is flowing adjacent to this society
4. Smoke created/ burnt near by Khoda Colony may be seen in the evening and night.
5.Guards are not up to the mark
6. Although there is no lift, maintenance charges are approx 2500 for all (2/3 bhk)
7. There are several industries/ factories nearby Sector 63 and 65.
