★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The club is very good. Overall ambience is good. Food quality is awesome. Tried Hummus and Pita, Chicken barbeque wings, Chicken pizza and found good quality money's worth. Servong time needs to be improved and no of staff after change in management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the staff was just incompetent that could be a skill to improve, but they lack any integrity and defraud people. They did not give me my admission card after the fees was paid and documents submitted - for 10 days. When I went to them about this, they lied saying it was given. The receptionist Diksha should be fired - for being in the job of hospitality and being everything no receptionist should ever be - full of lies, a fraudster and obnoxious to guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Overpriced Services. Below Average Gym, swimming pool and Badminton court. Swimming fees for 25 days is 5000₹ as all Mondays are off days and festival/bank holidays are also off days. And 5000₹ for an unmaintained pool, for swimming just 30 minutes a day! And Dirty Changing room. Not at all acceptable.
And they don't even let you swim for complete duration, the watch is 20 minutes ahead and they always say time up when there's 5 minutes left. Many members have complained about it but they don't care. They are simply taking un due advantage of Monopoly as it's the only club in 3-4 km radius.

They don't let us enter to inspect the club, they only allow us to watch from outside. After paying almost 10k/25days for advance swimming, what we get is unmaintained dirty stinky changing room, single open toilet, unprofessional and illiterate staff, everything below par.
The reception staff is good for nothing, all they do is gossips and scrolling social media. Questions or complaints are basically ignored by saying "we'll look into it". Problem that should take minimum a day, is not resolved even in a week.
Majority of swimming coaches are pathetic Wolves in Sheep's clothing. 90% of the time they don't even enter the pool and sit on chair passing useless information, better is available on YouTube. The head coach is a thug, that behaves like a dumb, rude, grumpy old man. He pass comments and make fun of people that denies to be his sycophant.
Then the security staff too is filled with rude s retrds. They behave like they own the place and they do whatever they want. And the main culprit is the higher authorities, No department face any consequences, because the authorities are lazy and lame to do anything, they know that they have monopoly, as no club is around 3-4 km.
Thousands of rupees for 25 days and such service is not acceptable.
