β β β β β Kind and generous. Good facility and very clean. Wen I asked to change the room for discomfort with other patient, they immediately did. Happy with how they take care but only issue is, there are few staff with no local language knowledge and fluency. That's most imp. to make feel good the patient. Rest is all good.

β β β β β My father under went pacemaker implantation surgery a week ago which was really successful & good. He was then advised to come for a complimentary follow up, a week after, with the surgeon but neither there were any call from the hospital nor a proper response. Rather we had to undergo unsuccessful attempts of booking appointment with the surgeon as with every attempt, our call was disconnected. Also the desk had no idea or record that we had an appointment & our review visit was complimentary, as told by the surgeon & they started charging us an amount of βΉ550/- for it. Really disappointed with such response.

β β β β β Very happy with the service provided by the hospital. They treated us well even when we went with an emergency. Had a very smooth admission and insurance procedures, thanks to Manjunath and Madhuri from administration department. Hospital premises are well maintained with regular cleaning and all covid protocols are followed. Thank you.

β β β β β I was admitted for 5 days a month ago and it was a bitter experience.. There was no warmth and hospitality among the nursing staff.. Very rude and impolite people. Only the doctors were good. Even when the IV was getting over we had to run n remind.. Nobody bothers. Especially the other nurses rather than the incharge

All fraud doctors and cheaters along with Practo for their share. Even doctors also have their share not salary, if they make more from patients they will get more.
They will drag treatment even if it is a small thing and make lacks out of it.
Never go if you have any insurance kind of thing. Because of insurance they will bring some more deceases to you and they will treat again after 3 weeks
Iβm not sure why it is getting more stars. Hope they are paid reviews

β β β β β The very able and excellent surgeon Dr Srivatsa Subramanya surgically rectified my motherβs arthritis through a knee replacement surgery. From pre-OP care to surgery and post-OP all the way till discharge, the surgeon to the staff - the care has been superb. The hygiene of course was paramount and no complaints. The coordinator Ms Madhuri was of help at every stage. The nurses and the housekeeping staff hold a special place for my mother. Dr Davidβs team of physiotherapists had become my motherβs friends at the end of her 5-say ordeal. Overall, this hospital has been a welcome relief for all of us. We are glad we zeroed-in on this medical facility; Iβm forever indebted to Dr Srivatsa and his whole team.
The food and beverage given to the patient and that served at the cafeteria are of hood quality as well.
