★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good but to improve some more. Many rooms are new & under construction now. It takes some time. Water restricted to 8 hours only. Morning 5 to 9 & evening 4 to 8.overall ok.

Bad interiors. No proper ventilation.
No trees at all. Very hot place and they didn't care to grow plants. There can be 200 plants easily grown. Such a huge place it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is choultry very close to Gopuram gate in Puttaparthi. Rooms are cheaper. But more cleanliness is required. The lunch, dinner etc are available only to Vysya people it is said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay, but a couple of points to note:
- Preference will be given to Vyshya caste people. Other caste people will be given only if vacancies available
- Other caste people have to pay a little more e.g. Rs 400/- instead of rs300/- for a non-AC room
- Free Lunch and Dinner only for Vyshya community people
- No breakfast served
- No coffee/ tea
- Hot water available from the common geaser outside the rooms, 5-9 AM. You have to carry water yourself into your room
