The expression “own sources” for the purpose means any source other than by borrowing from a bank/ HFC/ NBFC and/or a financial institution. All dual/ special rate (combination of fixed and floating) housing loans will attract the pre-closure norms applicable to fixed/ floating rate depending on whether at the time of pre-closure, the loan is on fixed or floating rate. In case of a dual/ special rate housing loans, the pre-closure norm for floating rate will apply once the loan has been converted into floating rate loan, after the expiry of the fixed interest rate period. This applied to all such dual/ special rate housing loans being foreclosed hereafter. It is also clarified that a fixed rate loan is one where the rate is fixed for entire duration of the loan.

क्यूंकि मै पिछ्ले 28 month से continues EMI paid कर रहा हु , लेकीन अब मै अपना loan close करना चाहते हू ,जिसके लिए मेने forclose कि application दी ओर कम्पनी के कर्मचारियों ने मुझसे 590 रुपए लिए forclose चार्ज के नाम से , मगर ये लोग मुझे last 1 March 2021 से चक्कर लागवा रहें है , पहले इन कम्पनी के लोगो ने बोला कि 28-10 के बीच हमारी कंपनी forclose कि application accept नहीं करतीं । फिर मै 11 मार्च से चक्कर लगा रहा हूं मगर हर रोज मुझे गुमराह कर रहे है ये बोलकर की costmer care पर बात करो जब उन्हें call करता हू तो वो Branch वालों से मिलो बोलते है मगर मुझे सिर्फ़ परेशान करने के अलावा कुछ नहीं किया और अभी तक forclose नहीं दिया से plz koi ओर भाई ना फसे
Taking loan from this finance company will be very wrong and big mistake brothers,
Since I have been paying EMI since last 28 months, but now I want to close my loan, for which I forclose the application and the employees of the company took me 590 rupees in the name of forclose charge, but these people gave me last Since March 1, 2021, the people of these companies said that between 28-10, our company does not accept forclose applications. Then I have been circling since March 11, but every day I am misleading them by talking about costmer care. When I call them, they talk to the people of the branch, but they did nothing but just bother me and now Till forlose not given from plz koi and brother na trapped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ higly wast experience. these peoples are fraud. higly unproffeshional, they misguide customer, they commit for 20 days proccesing time but they misguide customer about documents. they will collect documents and will not respond till the date your commitment date get over. then they will make fake urgency and they will ask you to provide loan for interest 14% and you will be bound because without loan you can not compleate your commitment. then they will engage you in providing variase documents which are very basic but because they are un professional so they will not suggest you they will work like a postman who is providing courier from the other person amd end of the day either you will lost your land or house or you will pay something extra charge.
