★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unchi dukan, phinki pakwan. Not a Quality construction. People have to face many construction issues here. Moreover it is fre from gaya traffic congestion. So one can opt for this society if he/she want to live in peacefull place.

basically everything has pros and cons....it is just the same in this case
Pros-
1-Availability of water
2-Separate homes(It's not like apartment)
3-You will get an amazing sunrise and sunset view
4-Nice eco-friendly environment
5-The place is not congested
6- you will have your own garden
Cons-
Problems of roads
Market is not available
(just few shops)
