April 10,2022: Please refrain from buying or renting an apartment here as the management and dominant ethnic group here hates 'People with Jobs' especially with a zestful and positive attitude toward life. Most jealous and reckless people you can ever encounter. Can't find any Khaap panchayat in Surat? Here you can find one disguised if form of Coop hosing society management, committee and advisor committee. Total communist agenda, no election process for positions in management. You own nothing here, not even your respect. Crude and conservative mindset at its best. Not everyone is to blame but some those are, they are so notorious that the complex earns black stain from their unabashed game of domineering and subduing. Permanent resident here, surviving since 2015 Rest is choice. Beware !!! RESIDENTS WITH CRIMINAL MENTALITY. GOOD PEOPLE ARE HARASSED UNTIL SUICIDE LEVEL. NEVER BUY A FLAT HERE. BEWARE!!!! Bureaucracy and kleptocracy is a rife in management committee here since the dawn of this society. Governing management system is extremely biased and authoritarian. Sometimes it becomes too obnoxious and irrational. Not efficient. Peace offenders live peacefully and the peaceful are instigated. Irresponsible management. Latest Edit: Absolutely kleptocratic and reckless people have the reins of the management of this society. I think the fellow residents who are inactive in deep slumber of their convenient lives, who are neglecting the fact that the rule here has become absolutely authoritarian are axing the very branch of tree they are on. Only time will tell. No proper election process for president, society secretary and various posts. I am absolutely disappointed to the watch what the pathetic condition of democracy here has become.
