★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't have good experience as they kept my money for 2 years and didn't even started the project and finally when I cancelled to buy flat, they took another 8 months to give my money back. So apparently they used my money for 2.8 years without interest.
And mind it, I did chase about the status of building before cancelling it and I was given false information and promise every time. You just can not trust these people.
So if at all anybody thinking to buy the flat from this builder, without paying a single rupee make sure everything is there in place what they are claiming. By mean of everything, I mean actual flat and the amenities.

I booked a flat with them which was under construction and it's been almost three years the work has been stopped and the builder has not given any money or has spoken about it. These guys don't know the importance of people's hard earned money. Please do not invest here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't book any home with this builder. I have booked house in 2016 in their chakan site. It's 2021 now and still he has not completed the project with no commitments from his side yet. Please blacklist this builder. All of his sites in and around pune are in similar situation. Also his office address keeps changing. He has shifted his office from this location 3 years back. This address is no more valid.

Booked a Flat for my Mom in Paud. Nothing happened after this. Late possession of the flat. Builder not even refunding the Money even after 6 Months of statement.
Took 4 years for he booking amount to e refunded back to us. After several follow ups.
Highly not recommended at all. What a Joke of the Customer Service that they provide. ANANDGRAM - PAUD
At last we got our money back nearly 2 Lakhs of Booking amount (They dint even provide us the Interest for late refund).
Not a joke at all.
Will not ever take their Service at all.
