★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice apartment complex, low rise. It has three kinds of apartments - 1BR, 2BR and 3BR. Pretty spacious from inside and outside there's plenty of parking space. There are always two security guards within the complex. The front gate is usually closed for cars, only the guard opens the gate for all the visitors (coming via cars).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasudha Appartments, located in Vaishali Ghaziabad is an okay residential apartments. Personally if I have to take a house on rent / buy the flat, I would prefer not to. This society has serious issues - no dedicated parking spots for the residents, always there is fight going on between the residents and tenants. Building is quite some time old, but lacks proper maintenance by the RWA. Seems like nobody in RWA cares about the building anymore. And the important parameter is security of the society, the gate seems to be open for all, even if they have MyGate application in place, anybody can walk in without being noticed by the security staff. the security staff never bothers to ask the visitors where they are going. The society is on the verge of facing some serious security problem sooner of later. there are many more well managed societies in the vicinity, this RWA should learn from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society, connectivity is good staff is also supportive and helpful. If you are from Bihar then this is the place for you, you will feel the essence in terms of language and politics within the society. Management people are all Bihari and they do support a bihari not non Bihari.
Some people are extremely arrogant they do not know how to talk with neighbours.
Overall society is ok for rent not for buying.
