★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasundhra Enclave post office is not in Vasundhra Enclave but sone five kilometres away in Kalyanpuri. In some small lane. Very difficult to find the first time. No road map or sign boards. In the small lane it is difficult to park. The staff is well trained but they have their procedures and that takes time. Generally very frustrating to deal if you are in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst exeperience i ever had with government employees. Employees are not ready to do anything. They are slow too. I want to send something through speed post first they were telling your envelope is too small. We have to stick our slip as well, come with big envelope. Next day, when i went there with big envelope then they were telling this envelope is big earlier one was fine. Just because of one envelope my post delayed by three days.
I have very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was not delivered, But in the website showing that the parcel has been delivered. Then I called to postman, he is also saying that your parcel has been delivered, then I went to the post office and brought my parcel from there.
I think need to private this department to Indian government. Worst service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, it is not in Vasundhara Enclave. It is located in Kalyan Puri. The speed post, containing my driver's licence, was marked "insufficient address" by the post person, even though complete address was mentioned on the cover, including PIN code & my mobile no.
Then, tracking the article showed that it has been sent to Patparganj speed post office. A visit to that office brought me across to some helpful staff, who located it but said that it needed to be sent back (yet again) to Vasundhara Enclave Post Office & only they could deliver it to me (some PIN code jurisdiction legality).
