★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bad people roam here and construction company employees help them to enter in the building. All the workers use liqure and smoking everytime the behavioir of staff is too rude. They don't know how to talk. No one care for cleaning of the building. Staff use to peek anywhere. The quality of the product that the used in flat is very cheap quality pipes are leaked after 1 month of possesion. They fitting of main gate of flat is very un satisfied. The placing of lift are very bad and u have to walk a distance to use lift. They did not provide any balconies for cooler. Size of rooms are too small . Kitchen is too small. U can see cracks in walls everywhere. Don't buy flat here. In the same price you can visit avni homes near it with facilities. Thank you ?.
।।।।।। Electricity is far better in villaged than Vasundhara kutumb as they say it is the biggest project of RERA.They did nothing for electricity for civillians who lives here.Everyday we suffer from electricity problem.
।।।।।। You can not get your online orders to your door . You have to take it yourself from gaurdroom because of safty concern as they said but think about they are concerning security . Remember few days ago some Outsider came inside the building and were fighting, screaming slum words to the civilians.
Now it's improving.
Life quality could be more better like maintenance and more joyfull.

There is no public toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buildings are good in quality but we have compromise with inside quality of flat and apartment for finishing.
Budget is low and good for medium class family's.
In present the work is in progress but many of family and shops are living .
Good but not better as this is too far from main टोंक road.
