★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A classic example of DDA flats in Delhi, that turns out to be no one's responsibility. Individual property owners expand & encroach with the civic agency turning a blind eye. Parking is such a mess; and to top that, residents can't even agree on solutions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great locality with many parks and all the essential civic amenities .. with few cons such as limited parking space and a tad smaller room sizes .. but overall a great place to live a peaceful & Blissful life !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cosy and location-wise, convenient apartments. Half an hour drive from both, the airport and New Delhi railway station. Metro stations, restaurants, hospitals, schools and markets are in close proximity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place ..u can also rent houses there .houses are quite big..theres parking facility , security is good , Pacific mall is near by u can take e rickshaw , security is available ,24/7 .parks are available for children harinagar sports complex is at walkable distance. Our side the area there are many shops where u can get things that are needed for day to day routine ...there also a Saturday market there where u can get fresh fruits and veggies.the rent is slightly high ..but overall u will love it ..its a very quiet area .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived here in a rented flat for 3 years.. few people are obnoxious, lot many good.. parking is definitely a issue so preferably speak to the flat owner before u shift regarding parking. Rest all good , green society and flea market every saturday. Nearby is reliance fresh for daily grocery needs.. Pacific mall is near.. nearest metro is Mayapuri metro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 2 bhk DDA society of middle to upper middle class people. Clean, basic amenities are ok. But don't expect a progressive mind set, tolerance for diversity, certainly not for nature. Overall negative vibes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my maternal grandparents' place. It was built in 1970s for government servants like him. I like to walk in it's calm and serene streets. There are many parks within it for playing outdoor games and exercises. Its old 2 storeyed homes are spacious and lovely. Some stupid residents have modified the original structures, but overall the original charm still stands. I hope it remains this way forever.
