β β β β β Very nice parking facility. Co operative personnel. Excellent ventilation design. There are 6 elevators in block 2 with 18 person capacity each.
Basement is upto -3 for parking.

β β β β β Place is too good, ample of parking space. The area plan is too good with plush lawns and good ambience.Family can have good times with eateries like Haldiram, chayoos,Baghbakri (Best tea point), Starbucks and other. Do visit once.

β β β β β Vatika business park is a beautiful place. It has many work spaces/offices. It is well maintained and beautiful to visit during night/evening due to the fountains and lighting. Covid protocols are very well followed.

β β β β β Clean, niche place to sit and chill. Because of buildings inner part have good shade and cool wind to enjoy outside area. In winters it will be A awesome space to sit, read a book and enjoy your coffee. Plus there are lot of other outlets as well like California burritos which will be a new space to explore. Good maintenance too, regular cleaning must emphasize.

β β β β β Place is good in first view too much building area. mostly here is only space for business not for relaxation like small park where you can eat or drink tea eat anything outside this building.
whole space is used for business purpose some seat are there but very few people want to sit there. nobody wanna sit or eat between the whole building it's feel accowerd. this place specially for them who can spend much money on sitting in a coffee shop. even in reception you will find shops basically i not feel it like a business park i feel it like as a shopping store. everything you will get but spent your money here first.

β β β β β Good vibes at night, enough open parking which is free. There are now various cafes & restaurants like chaayos, chai point, California burrito, haldirams, open tap (pub) and much more.
There is a common sitting area too which is clean. The cafes and outdoor area is not at all crowded. The business center is not very popular so it's not always full of people.
You can spend some time at late evening with your buddies and family.
