I don't think so . As Hoogo says more folk have asked for a reduction on characters than have asked for an increase,
I am very happy with 200 characters as a minimum.
Now how about discussing a maximum number of characters as in my opinion there are way far too many long rambling reviews that say nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an old project, arrive 10-15 years old. The society looks like any normal cghs society, doesn't look like a builder high rise. Interiors are also not very well done. The houses are decent, though nothing great.
