★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Spacious low rise apartments, but the build quality is not something to be proud of.
Good open spaces and ample of parks to play but Swimming pool and Club House is pending since ages.
Overall a very good place to live with some cons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Architecture & designed structure of flats are good. There is lot of greenery & enough parking space.
In negative side I would like to add that there is no stilt parking due to which in ground floors there is privacy issue.
As there is no stilt parking you have to park your car in open area, in summer days car get too hot.
Another concern is there is lack of power back up facility for flats from maintenance side, so you must have your own inverter & battery as there is lot of power cut in this locality.
Toll is another headache for this area (infact for entire new Gurgaon) because every time you have to spend unnecessary 10 to 15 minutes to cross toll.

You will have nearby access to pizza hut, kfc, mc donalds, haldirams and Sapphire mall ( inox , reliance trends etc )
Lush green societies with good apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vatika india next is township by Vatika builders. In this society there is 2 bhk,3 bhk and villas are available. More than 5000 families are living here. This is very peaceful area very well connected to NH.8. New gurgaon start from here only. The negative paint is that from here you have to cross toll towards gurgaon, though there is another way also available towards gurgaon. DWARKA EXPRESSWAY passes adjoining to Vatika.
