She has been very responsive when seeking advice virtually- available the same day and even same time incase of emergencies. She even responded to our SOS call and called back in the middle of the night at 4am! I am very thankful to her for her timely medical advice. I would highly recommend her.

When my whole family went thru Covid crisis in the 2nd half of April-21, we immediately consulted her.
She was prompt and really supported us well and guided us in the right direction to the recovery phase.
Sometime, if she is not reachable due to her other priorities, she always ensures calling back or drop a voice message.
It reflects her continued commitment towards her patients.

I totally agree with most of the comments, where most of the families have rightly highlighted her strengths.

Even though she was very busy due to the high number of patients seeking her advise, she always made it a point to respond to any query or concern which was raised over Whatsapp with her.

Bad experience
Very difficult to reach out to her, hardly picks patients calls. Not even happy with the prescriptions.
Doctor: If by chance you are reading please treat you patients like other doctors do- A touch of patience, politeness, good listener and availability.
2.5 rating on google is clearly a reason to work on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always believe that a doctor- patient relationship is complex relationship which is built on pillars of trust, communication, respect and the medical science. The other three are equally important than doctor's excellence in medical science itself.
Dr. Rajni has amazing trait to tactfully communicate with patients and thereby diagnose the ailment. This becomes further more important when dealing with kids and elderly patients.
Her style of treatment is unique with focus on diagnosing the "root cause" then to just prescribe some medicines and then leave patients on their own.
Wonderful and an excellent doctor... highly recommended !
