★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start with, this courier company do not have proper tracking, it never got updated untill I received my parcel. Parcel delivery got delayed assuming Covid situation it must have impacted timeline. But again courier company never set right expectation untill it got delayed beyond their timeline set. Boxes revived where damaged and on top of that our boxes where changed. We got my Laddo packed inside a use and throw Chi Dum Biryani container which seems like someone ordered food and washed and used it again. Not sure how this courier company can do that. This means someone opened it or they damaged the original box. Very unprofessional from the courier company as they have no clue neither any proper support team to assist.
