★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used VCare service for my Dad in Panchkula. They have really good staff, I appreciate the way staff Ankush Brahman and Gobind Bhardwaj personally took care of my dad. They were very respectful and caring, energetic, God bless them?. And also appreciate the coordinator Ms. Pramila, who was always available on call and very helpful.
I suggest V Care to make their guidelines for the patient’s family and their staff clear and transparent, so that no confusion happen during service. It could have been even better and smoother if organization do some paperwork ready.
Again thanks ? to the staff, I mentioned above.

They were very professional, well mannered, friendly and alert on timely checkup and medicines to be taken, and were also knowledgeable. We highly recommend this agency for home care.

Our nurse, Rajwindr, is lively, intelligent and easily communicative regarding all of our medical issues and proceedures. Sushmita and Taranjeet Kaur and Promila were attentive and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im availing their service since 2years, their nursing staff is good and experienced but always have numerous episodes where the management, HR and office staff only tell you lies. They are not trustworthy and do not care about the client's family. All they need is money and rest is not their responsibility.
Really a disappointment even after paying a huge amount to them monthly, they only cheat.

My Father had a diabetic foot injury; V Care team helped him heal. Thanking them for their special efforts and gentle behaviour. They follow a very systemetic approach with elderly patients. Highly recommended team for nursing care at home

The quality/skills/professionalism of the staff is top notch - whether sale & relationship rep (Promilla/Taranjeet) or the patient attendant (Mohit was top notch). Would strongly recommend Vcare if you are looking for hassle free experience with skilled and professional staff. No hustling, no over selling and had all the flexibility tailored for our needs at short notice. The tie up with Fortis is an added plus and their service starts right from the time of patient’s discharge and follows on seamlessly thereafter incl. OPD visits. Great job - Vcare. Keep it up.

Communication with the Vcare staff - Pramila ( Customer Rep. Executive) and Sandeep ( Assistant PCM) has always been easy and prompt. They were always quick to respond and made adjustments according to our needs. I highly recommend VCare and their services.
