MR. RAJEEV RANJAN HAS NO MANNERS TO TALK AND BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS. CUTS THE PHONE ON THE FACE IF WE DONT AGREE WITH HIM.
AMAZING THAT CP PLUS IS ASSOCIATED WITH VCI DESPITE PEOPLE WRITING SUCH BAD REVIEWS. SHOCKING !!

The staff is unaccountable, uncouth, belligerent, especially the incharge Mr. Rajeev Ranjan. He used extremely abusive language with me, even worse language with my brother and did not even spare my mother without any provocation whatsoever.
We got CCTV cameras installed for my grandparents (80 plus) . After making multiple requests with them to replace or fix the system, they finally sent someone a month after our first complaint. Their employee came and said that the DVR box that has been supplied to us is faulty and that he will have to take it with him. My grandfather readily agreed and asked for a receipt which was denied to them. They insisted but eventually had to give in because their employee said there was nothing he could do.
This is back in February. Since then the lockdown has happened gone and things have started to open up and they have been only using that as an evasive context ever since. Every time I would call them they would either not take calls or not reply or say that they will get it done within a week for many weeks..then came this gentleman ( Rajiv Ranjan, the supposed director of the place) who is by far the most obnoxious and shameless person I have spoken to…. He was abusive..rude and had I not hung up on him, he would have scarred me emotionally by the way he spoke with absolutely no good reason, one of the things being ‘ throw the box for all I care but don’t bother us’. They are now denying that they ever took the box. They have taken advantage of my aged grandparents.
Rajiv Ranjan is the most unpleasant individual we have ever interacted with and if there is any way that this can be escalated and if the senior management is reading this .. you should reprimand him if you would like your services to be seamless in the future

Mr. Rajeev Ranjan is the most rude and verbally abusive individuals we have ever interacted with. He said unspeakable things over the phone to my sister who was dealing with the situation, thereafter my mother got involved and he did the same thing without having any regard for the fact that he was taking to a lady.
I have never had such a terrible experience with an organisation in any field whatsoever.
