Again and again problem coming from engine.
Very unprofessional staff over there.
Their main target is to make money only.
Top to bottom all are greedy and unsupportable.
Very poor experience from this branch.

β β β β β Worst Servicing experience in my whole life they simply loot customer's unnecessarily they charge for unwanted servicing that vehicle don't needed. Their Job card raiser are making people fool. Avoid visiting this service centre it should be black listed.?

I have paid 24 thousand in 6 months of 3.5 years old Scooty with 300 KM run. In eariler dealer i run 20,000 KM with a maintenace of 9843/- in three year. But i paid 24,000/- in 6 months time in VD honda. They simply charge you twice/thrice without any reason. Simply look other dealer.

β β β β β Charges are high..they ll make a sheet of long list for many unwanted services that the vehicle won't need..be careful while agreeing to the services.. servicing was good. Sales advisor tried to make a bill of almost 5-6k saying vehicle needs a lot of chnages, this is damaged..that is broken.. I brought it to 900βΉ rejecting all other things except the service and one light was changed..
just be careful.. ?

β β β β β Mr. Gopal Verma (Sevice Manager) at VD Honda Service Centre is horribly rude. The man has no work ethos and was wrongly prioritising vehicle for service on the basis of bill (larger to the least). It was my first free service of my newly bought Honda Activa 6G after 250 kms run at this service centre and it was ridiculous experience. I was told at 10am that it would take half an hour - one hour as is the first service. However, when I had gone to check the status of the scooter at 11:30am, it was still not attended. Since, i wanted to speak to the Manager on this as i found that all other scooters that came later than mine is already through and gone. Mine was put on the least priority as i had denied all the added services they wanted to unnecessarily impose and incur charges. Spoke Manager and shown him unethical way of workmanship. Horrible.

β β β β β my experience with vd honda is very bad .They donβt care about customer . if we ask something about my scooty part they donβt inform and after start the process they said i will not service your scooty. some time they repair parts from out side means local shop and they charge company cost .
