★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big cheater...... They had done joint venture with ved infra who was suppose to built buildings in ved Shakti Township whose land is own by Shiv Shakti developers (Borivali). So people had booked the flat when they visited site ved infra was in charge to book and take token money. After 6 months without any notice or intimation from shivshakti developers or ved infra that they have cancelled the agreement with each other for the project. Shivshakti developers is not refunding any token money which was paid to ved infra whom they had given rights to do the project on their land. Big cheater.... How can another builder can enter on shivshakti township land without shivshakti developers who are the land owners. It's their duty if they had some issues and canelled the terms of project to built with ved infra they have to inform the customers who have booked flats underconstruction. Instead of informing and taking responsibility shivshakti developers are forcing to take ready possession by paying high rate and asking cash. When our Prime Minister has done cashless India. They say either you take ready possession by paying cash or forget your token money paid as you have paid to ved infra not us...big big cheater. They are cheating people and playing with their emotions and hard earned money on Jain religion base.... People please beware ...
