★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever I say about them they will just reply me back that improvement will be done. But there are many things that need to be improved, organised. I am just thinking about Henry Ford?. Will he be alive tomorrow after looking at Ford service center, Rourkela ?. Yes the sales persons definitely know how to smooth talk. While buying a new vehicle from Veda ford, if you think you are making a right decision just check the service section, you will be hugely disappointed. The whole place (service section) is heavily crowded and after so many years of their establishment , they don't even try to improve their facilities. I know Ford makes good cars. I also like them. But Ford India kindly improve after sale services of this Veda Ford.
Please kindly I am telling you that don't try to contact me. Instead of smooth talking me by your expert smooth talkers please give effort in improving your after sales services.
I know I will be disappointed after this also but let's see?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service provided at talpatia is very poor not at all satisfied with the cleaning service. Car is not cleaned properly , no vacuuming , no dusting . After asking regarding the same Rs 300 was returned to me after deducting water service charges.
I don’t know actual servicing was done like filter replacement as we can’t see but only believed in Ford. Very disappointed with the kind of service received.
