★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedanta infratech team is very responsive and provides great customer support with PERT home automation products. They came to the home for demonstration, installation and training. They are continuing to provide support as we fine tune the system. There is some humming noise associated with fans which thy are working on. So if absolute quiet is required then the fan solution may not work for you.
This company is responsive and reliable and we will recommend them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought pert automation after a lot of research, the sales team was extremely patient and after sales was responsive as well. Setting it up was a breeze and I was using the voice activation feature like a pro. The app can still be made more intuitive but am sure this will keep improving with time. A product completely made and supported in India is a plus. Overall a wonderful experience with the pert product and its team, competitive pricing specially since it is one of the first few products to have voice activation.
