★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer orientation, management will charge you unnecessarily, initially they ll say 10k rent should be enough for function hall, later they ll ask you to deposit 20k (please don't do it) because at the end of the day they will do false calculations & make you pay whole 20k + advance amount. Worst maintenance team ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have showed me the worst night mare in my life. Initially they have asked me to pay advance of 4k for booking. Later at the day of function they have asked me to pay a deposit of 20k and told me that they won't switch ON the power supply mains if I don't pay. They told me that they will refund the extra amount later but they didn't returned the extra amount I have paid and made the false calculations and even asked me to pay remaining amount. They didn't used the generator but told me that they used the generator for 2hours with out intimation to me. They told about the generator beforehand. I can clearly see that there is No powercut. For electricity itself they have charged me 7.7k which was ridiculous for such a small function hall. They even calculated the generator usage in units which clearly indicates they are bluffing. Very ride behaviour of management is extra bonus to us. Very bad smell in both the two rooms. No proper beds ( worst beds) in rooms. Public toilets are better than the bathrooms. Taps are leaking all over the hall when we open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management. They charge other bills without intimation. The lady owner is very arrogant and talk reckless. This is the worst function hall I ever booked. They won't return the advance or security deposit. I suggest not to book this function hall.
