Maintainence of building is BAD! Absolutely bad approach road, manouvering a car is horrible.
No visitors parking.
If you are renting a place here, make sure your brokerage is documented as watchmans here take undertable money
Watchmans do not follow Covid protocols in this time
Lifts are horribly dirty.
A broker called Tarun bullies women and girls. Do not entertain this broker Tarun.
If you are taking here a place on rent, the watchman will demand money undertable, make promise to help and disappear.
Also if one finds rent on sharing basis affordable, ensure your landlord looks into repair of the place and hands over house to you in clean and livable condition.
Tarun broker makes money from a gas connection too. He bullies young girls.
Young girls be careful or be absolutely agressive and document everything.
