If you ask for loreal spa they will give you some random spa on the name of loreal and if you ask the owner who is also a hair stylist there to give you a hair cut while he is doing something else he'll simply deny it by saying "madam subah 11 bje se kaam kar rahe hain yahan". Can't he simply say "please wait for 15 minutes" and so what if he's been working since 11 am that's his work he has to do it any how!! Staff members keep gossiping about other staff members it's damn irritating to listen to their gossips NO PROFESSIONALISM.
