Had ordered a pair of formal shoes from this portal.
Shoes got prominent folding line immediately after the very first use (and few more folding lines after few days of usage).
Feeling cheated!!

I have made several calls and even dropped a message that I am interested in buying shoes as I only wear non-leather shoes and I have bought shoes from them in past, but there is no response from them, only give assurance that sending the pictures in sometime but not received till date. In this difficult times people are looking to grow their businesses and looking for new customers and here in spite of customer responding they are not interested.
